United States, as well as from foreign countries.

Also Jim he swam, not to long ago, in the
re-enactement swimming from the North Bridge to the South Bridge
event. I didnt get the article saved in time. Maybe you
saved it.
I just keep saving what I find to share.
When I see classmates out and about I talk to them and let know about
the site or reminds them to post something. I been thinking of
printed out some cards with the email address on it so they can keep
it. Some dont have a computer and others are sending
me new emails address if they change.
Thanks Nancy

| It has been since 3/21/09 that anyone has sent anything to be posted
on the class of 1962 web site. Where are your picture??? Jim C. jacarst@mchsi.com 7/19/09 |
| Nancy- it's an incredible world , isn't it? That you would be able to
track me down through all the moves I've over the years! I've
tried to answer this previously, but was having computer problems.
New computer so hopefully this will work. What a great website, and that it would include the Camanche people in it, makes it even better! It was great to see so many people that were once friends but that I hadn't seen or had contact with for 40+ years. Please keep me in touch and up-to-date as we go down the road towards 50 years. Can that be real? Just some quick notes on what's happened with me over the years. After graduating from UNI, I was teaching, and then actually got my draft notice the same day I signed my contract for the next year! We appealed but to no avail, so off I went to the all-expenses paid tour of Southeast Asia. Upon returning, I did graduate work with every intent of going back into teaching. Unfortunately the GI Bill didn't go far enough to support a family, and I ended up falling into the retail jewelry industry. That 38-year odyssey took me from Cedar Falls to Kansas City, Little Rock, Cincinnati, Las Vegas, Seattle, the Tri-Cities in eastern Washington, Portland, Spokane, Minneapolis, and finally to Madison, WI. In the meantime, I divorced and re-married, and Sharon and i now have 5 daughters between us and we are working on our 12th grandchild- they are NOT cheaper by the dozen! It's been interesting, and as the Grateful Dead said, "what a long, strange trip it's been." I am presently the general manager for Jared the Galleria of Jewelry in Madison. Mom still lives in Clinton so we're only a couple of hours away, and my sister lives just over an hour away- so, it's nice to be able to see them as frequently as we do. That's about it from here. Please keep me in mind for any future gatherings. Thanks for reaching out to me. Mike Payson, Camanche High School, Class of "62" 3/7/09 |

| Give a big thank you to John Balster, Toni Brown Loving, Shirley
McCullough Kelly, Nancy Scott Rathburn and Roger Holm. These are the
classmates that provided pictures for the class of 1962 web site. You
wouldn't have this site without them. Hard to believe that the class of
1962 has only five classmates that provided pictures. To make a long
story short there aren't any mores pictures to post so the site won't be
updated any more because of lack for material.

| Class members of 1962. Is someone interested carrying on the class of

Jim,
Thanks for all your work on the Clinton HS Websites.
I was in the CHS Class of '62 and was wondering if you know of a
website for the CHS Class of '63. I had several friends from
that class that I have lost track of and was hoping they could be
located via a class website.
Thanks.

Class of 1962 If you enjoy this web site you will have to send pictures as I don't have any more to post. Pictures can be of anything. Your classmates will enjoy seeing pictures of you, your family, vacations, events, etc. It can be fun if only you would try to send pictures. The pictures don't have to just be of the class reunions. Come on and have fun with your class reunion site. If you want to mail pictures and have me scan them and return the pictures, let me know and I will forward a mailing address. jacarst@mchsi.com

| Nancy- Thanks so much for sending me the Clinton High website. It seems every time there is a reunion something big is happening in our family. Really enjoyed all the pictures and all the work you have put into it. Now that my husband and I retired maybe we can make it to one of the reunions. Would enjoy hearing from some of my classmates. Thanks a lot Sharon Cleppe Juricic Joliet IL and Largo FL sjjuricic@aol.com |
